The Soft Sponsors Activity Report will list soft sponsors from your sponsorship program.

Note: A Soft Sponsor is a supporter that is not providing any funds but needs to be given access to the sponsorship; oftentimes,another family member of the sponsor.

A generated Soft Sponsor Activity Report will list the: 

• Soft Supporter
• Paying Supporter
• Sponsorship
• Sponsorship Status
• Sponsorship Type
• Place
• Project
• Sponsor Since
• Cancelled
• Share Type
• Shares

Filtering Options for Sponsors #

Filtering options include: 

• Choosing a specific sponsorship or sponsorships 
• Use Quick Date Range to pull records that were created during this time period 
• Choose a Date range > Start Date and an End Date for certain dates
• Cancelled date range > Start Date and an End Date for any soft sponsors cancelled during this timeframe
• Choose a Supporter Group(s) 
• By Supporter state or Supporter country (based on the supporter’s primary address) 
• By Sponsorship Type, Project, Place, Sponsorship tags

As with all Reports in REACH, you can save as a Report Template to use later and/or schedule as an auto-generated weekly or monthly recurring report.

The Select Columns to Display button can be used to add additional filtering options to your generated report. Any custom fields you have created for your sponsorships will be shown here. Simply click the checkbox to include any of these columns in your generated Report.
