International Adaptations

We partner with several internationally-based organizations and offer several features to meet their requirements. We are committed to continuing to provide adaptations as various needs arise to best serve our international organizations.

Multi-Currency

Set your base currency to the currency your organization uses for record keeping. Accept donations from various currencies and have them converted to your base currency.

Language & Date Formatting

Language is translated based on the donor’s browser settings. Admins can use Google Translate to translate the admin portal. A translation button is included to easily translate conversations between supporters and their sponsorships.

You can customize how the date format is shown in your Admin Console and on your Reports.

Canadian Tax Receipting

REACH provides donation receipts and contribution statements that are in compliance with the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA). Specifically, receipts and statements include a unique serial number that can begin with the year of the donation as well as all other requirements as outlined by the CRA.

Organizations based in Canada that need to comply with these regulations can easily enable the required settings in REACH’s admin portal.

Gift Aid

REACH offers a Gift Aid option for our UK-based organizations. Gift Aid is a tax relief option that allows UK-based charities to reclaim an extra 25% in tax on every eligible donation made by a UK taxpayer.

UK-based organizations can simply configure the Gift Aid option under Settings in their admin portal.

Multi-Currency

REACH currently supports the following base currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, ZAR, HKD, NZD.

We want you to be able to use your base currency. Should you need a base currency that we don’t currently support, please contact us.

Gift Aid Option

Configure the Gift Aid option to allow REACH to ask supporters to confirm whether or not they are a UK taxpayer when completing a donation.

REACH includes Gift Aid management with all plans for our UK-based organizations to help you save time with UK reporting requirements. Gift Aid is a tax relief option that allows UK charities to reclaim an extra 25% in tax on every eligible donation made by a UK taxpayer.

GDPR Settings

Enable GDPR settings to allow REACH to display opt-in fields on the supporter registration and donation forms.

REACH allows organizations to enable GDPR settings. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union (EU) regulation that governs consumers’ private information.
