We’ve put together this Setup Checklist for anyone seeking paid assistance with preparing and launching their new REACH account.
A 2-hour minimum ($200 at $100/hr) is required.
We know setting up a new system with tons of features and customization can be overwhelming. Our team of experts are ready to help you get up and running quickly. We offer a Retainer Service where you can purchase hours of our assistance for setting up REACH. Choose the areas where you need support, and we’ll handle tasks such as data import, sponsorship program setup, or anything else you require.

Account Setup Service Request (Initial Intake)
Here’s a checklist of the setup services we offer. Each service area includes a minimum time estimate, with a total minimum of 2 hours required. During your appointment, we’ll review your selections in detail, gather the necessary information from you, and provide an estimate.

Portal and Giving Configurations (1 hour min)
- Portal Branding – setup of your portal branding with your logo; favicon; fonts and color scheme
- Menus – configure your REACH portal menu(s) to seamlessly integrate with your existing website
- Theme Pages – update the cover photos and page descriptions on your default REACH Theme pages (for example Home; Sponsorships; Campaigns; Projects and Places)
- Donation Forms – configure your preferences and options
- Donation Options – setup for donation failures and card expirations
Data Import – Our data import services include the following options. Hours will be based on quantity and quality of the data as provided by you. Other data imports are available by request.
- Sponsorship Images and Data (minimum of 1 hour)
- Supporter Data (minimum of 1 hour)
- Donation History Data (minimum of 2 hours)
- PCI Transfer (minimum of 2 hours) – We can help you bring in your supporter’s payment methods from a previous system for a seamless transition
Sponsorships (1 hour min)
- Sponsorship Types – configure your sponsorship types and shares for your sponsorships
- Custom Fields – set up the additional information you want to display or record for your sponsorships
- Classifications – classify certain sponsorships as biggest need; left program/disabled; or graduated
- Sponsorship Filters – configure your public sponsorship page to display only specific search options on your website
Supporters (1/2 hour min)
- Supporter Custom Fields – set up additional fields needed for your donation forms and supporter records
- Supporter Groups – organize certain supporters in groups specified by you
- Prepare Email to Onboard Supporters – set up a notification to your Supporters of the transition to the REACH system with information on how to start using their new account.
- Note: We will set up the notification and you will be responsible for sending.
Communications (1 hour min)
- Text to Give – set up your text messaging/text to give to allow text blasts; automated text messages; and donations via text
- Email Templates – customize the system email templates to reflect your branding and preferred messaging
- Supporter Notifications – set up additional automated messages for events; new supporters; and offline sponsors
- Admin Automations – set up for certain admins to receive a task or email when certain records are created or updated within REACH
- Mail Merge Templates – create merge documents including supporter letters; contribution statements; sponsorship cards and flyers; address labels and more
Other Features (1/2 hour min)
- Campaign Setup – create online fundraising campaigns and any campaign themes you may need for supporter campaigns
- Projects – set up any Project pages to share your ongoing initiatives including details; photos; and any Sponsorship and Place associations
- Places – set up any Place (location) pages to share where you are working including details; photos; and any Sponsorship and Project associations
- Products – configure your products list (can include promotional items; sponsorship gifts; gift catalogue)
