REACHpay is a payment gateway directly from REACH! We offer this PCI-compliant service through Stripe Connect.

When using REACHpay as your payment gateway, the supporter payment method screen is different than for non-REACHpay users.

With REACHpay, all major credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay, and US bank accounts (ACH/EFT) are accepted. 

This screen can be accessed by going to Supporters > choosing a Supporter profile > Clicking Payment Methods > + Add New

Required fields include:

• Name
• Choice of Card, Google Pay or Apple Pay
  • Note: Google Pay or Apple Pay options are displayed based on the browser or device being used. A Google Chrome browser or Android device will list the Google Pay option whereas a Safari browser or Apple device will list Apple Pay.
• Address (Address 1, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Country)
• Phone 
• Note: You can also choose to Make Primary Payment Method and/or to Update all recurring donations to use this payment method.
• Once entered, click Submit.
