The Sponsors Report will list all of your current, past due or cancelled sponsors from your sponsorship program. 

Note: This Sponsors Report is for your supporters that sponsor the sponsorships in your program while the Sponsorships Report is for the sponsorships in your program. The Supporters Report is for all of your supporters, this will include details about your supporters whether or not they sponsor or not.

Filters Sponsors by Date Range#

The next several options allow you to choose Quick Date Ranges, Start Date and an End Date or Months to answer questions like these:

Note: You can pull this information for specific sponsorships in the Sponsorship field. You can select multiple sponsorships at once.

• Which sponsorships that we created this month have already been sponsored? (Quick Date Range > This Month)
• Which sponsorships have been sponsored since June 1st? (Date range > Start Date of June 1st, End Date as current date)
• Which sponsorships were cancelled since January 1st? (Cancelled date range > Start Date of January 1st, End Date as current date)
• Which sponsorships were born today? (Sponsorship date of birth > Start and End Date of current date)
• Which sponsorships were born in March? (Sponsorship month of birth > March)
• Which supporters/sponsors have a birthday on March 31st? (Supporter/Sponsor date of birth > Start and End Date of March 31st)
• Which supporters/sponsors were born in March? (Supporter/sponsor month of birth > March)

Filter Sponsors by Individual Details#

Below that, you have more options to filter your Sponsors to answer questions like these:

• Which sponsors are a part of my Founding Sponsors Group? (Group > Founding Sponsors)
• Which supporters are tagged to Board Member? (Supporter tags > Board Member)
• Which sponsorships are tagged to Admin: Renee? (Sponsorship tags > Admin: Renee)
• Which supporters live in North Carolina? (Supporter state > North Carolina)
• Which supporters live in Albania? (Supporter country > Albania)

Filter Sponsors by Organizational Details#

Below that, you have more options to filter your Sponsorships by how your organization has set them up, to answer questions like these:

• Which sponsorships are in my Primary School Sponsorship type? (Sponsorship type > Primary School) 
• Which sponsorships are in my Empowering Women Project? (Project > Empowering Women)
• Which sponsorships are in Haiti? (Place > Haiti)
• Which sponsorships are Partially Sponsored? (Sponsored Status > Partially Sponsored)
• Which sponsors pay offline (by check or cash)? (Payment type > Offline)
• Which sponsors are past due in their sponsorship payments? (Payment status > Past Due)

Additional Options#

As with all Reports in REACH, you can save as a Report Template to use later and/or schedule as an auto-generated weekly or monthly recurring report.

The Select Columns to Display button can be used to add additional filtering options to your generated report. Any custom fields you have created for your sponsorships will be shown here. Simply click the checkbox to include any of these columns in your generated Report.
